All Threka holidays are full board, but you will need to pay separately for: international flight tickets, travel insurance, visa fees, additional drinks at mealtimes, optional activities like massage treatments, extra safari trips, camera/photography tickets at monuments, laundry services, and gratuities/tips.

We carefully select comfortable, quality accommodations that reflect the character of each region while ensuring modern amenities and cleanliness. Usualy we select 4 star hotels or resorts.

Threka is happy to welcome non-activity partners to any of our holidays. Your partner can explore the destination independently or join us for sightseeing tours. What level of singing experience do I need?
Our singing holidays welcome participants of all levels, from complete beginners to experienced singers. The workshops are designed to be inclusive and supportive for everyone.
Do I need to bring anything special?
A detailed packing list and materials list will be sent to you in person. Generally, comfortable clothing for workshops and walking, and an open mind for new experiences!
When do I need to pay and how.?
A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due closer to the departure date. Specific payment schedules and invoice with bank details will be sent after your booking is confirmed. You can pay with bank transfer or credit/debit crads.
What if I have dietary requirements?
We accommodate various dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, and other requirements. Please inform us at the time of booking.
Is travel insurance required?
Yes, we strongly recommend you to obtain comprehensive travel insurance from your home country that covers medical expenses, trip cancellation, flight changes/cancellations, and personal belongings. Travel insurance is not included in the package and must be purchased separately at your own cost.
Can I extend my stay in India?
Yes! Many participants choose to extend their trip. We’re happy to provide recommendations, though extended stays would be arranged independently at your choice.
How do I book?
Simply submit the booking form on holiday page on our website or contact us through email or phone call . We’ll sent a confirmation and invoice for the deposit payment.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
Our deposit payment is 100% refundable up to 50 days before your departure date. If you have paid the final amount, 50% is refundable up to 20 days before departure. Cancellations made within 20 days of departure are non-refundable.
Do I need a visa to visit India or how to get?
Yes, international visitors require a visa to enter India. We recommend applying for an e-Visa through the official Indian government website 30 days before your travel dates. We will provide detailed instructions for applying for an e-Visa after your booking is confirmed. Visa costs are not included in the package, but we are happy to assist you with any help you need to obtain your visa as a complimentary service.
